WHAT can be returned?
Products are only returnable if undamaged, packaging unopened & in the same condition as delivered. A 6% administration fee will also be charged on all returns (unless faulty).
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products must be arranged (email confirming this) within 7 days from delivery. Although you may cancel your order at any time before despatch of goods.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items will be collected form the customer.
HOW do customers return items?
Please email us and forward a copy of your tax invoice.
SHIPPING for returns?
A shipping fee will be charged on all returns. Charge will be the same as the delivery cost.
CREDIT for returns?
The customers credit card will be credited the amounts due.
Instore return option?
At this time, we do not accept instore returns.
Items must be in original packaging, un-opened & un-damaged.
